Commercial Property Solicitor
Our client, a well-established and highly respected law firm in Liverpool, is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their successful and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially minded lawyer who is looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role
Working from the firm’s Liverpool office, you will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
*Sales and acquisitions
*Development agreements
*Drafting and negotiating leases
*Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion
*Experience handling Section 25 Notices would be advantageous, though not essential.

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a solicitor who can demonstrate:

*Solid technical ability with sound commercial awareness
*Confidence in analysing risk and delivering practical, commercial solutions
*A commitment to exceptional client care
*A good understanding of source-of-funds checks and AML requirements
*Excellent attention to detail
*The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines
*A collaborative approach and an appreciation for office-based teamwork
*Permanent, full-time (35 hours) – part-time considered initially
*Market-rate salary
*Experience: 3+ PQE (strong applicants outside this range will be considered)
