Full-Time Teaching Assistant Opportunities - January 2026 Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a full-time role?

Who We’re Looking For We are looking to support Teaching Assistants who are:
* Reliable, caring, and professional
* Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
* Confident working across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
* Proactive and able to use their own initiative
* Strong team players who can support both teachers and pupils
Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have one of the following:
* A Level 2 or above child-related qualification, or
* At least 6 months’ experience working in a school setting
Experience supporting pupils with SEN is desirable but not essential.
