No previous recruitment experience is required. You’ll receive structured training, ongoing support, and a clear progression path in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
The RoleAs a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
*Source and engage candidates across data, analytics, and technology markets
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
*Manage the recruitment process from initial briefing to placement
*Prepare candidates for interviews and negotiate offers
*Develop specialist market knowledge and commercial expertise
About You*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ambitious, driven, and target-focused
*Organised with a proactive mindset
*Degree preferred but not essential
*Sales or commercial experience is an advantage
