Job Description:
Step into the role of Regional Sales Manager with a leading company and take charge of mobile plant sales across key territories. £50,000 + Commission Scheme - Mobile, with one day in the office in Medway
Day-to-day of the role:
*Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to regional markets to achieve organisational targets.
*Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
*Manage existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
*Analyse sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and optimise sales approaches.
*Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns aligned with regional needs.
*Lead, motivate, and support the regional sales team through coaching and performance management.
*Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
*Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors’ activities and industry developments.
*Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and trade shows within the region.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
*Excellent analysis skills to interpret sales data and market insights effectively.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
*Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
*A valid driver’s licence for regional travel requirements.
