Job Description:
A leading high-precision manufacturing company is looking for skilled CNC Operators to join their Basildon team.
You will be responsible for producing high-precision components on multi-axis CNC machines, including 4 and 5-axis milling and turn/mill machines, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
*Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines
*Inspect parts using CMM and other measurement tools to ensure compliance with drawings
*Follow safety procedures and production standards
*Maintain logs of production, machine adjustments, and repairs
*Maximise machine uptime through preventative maintenance
*Support team members and production requirements as needed
Skills & Experience
*Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
*Experience working to high-quality, precision standards (Aerospace/Defence desirable)
*Knowledge of manufacturing regulations, procedures, and safety standards
*Time-served or demonstrable relevant CNC experience
*Attention to detail, teamwork, and strong communication skills
