Job Description:
Part time Administrator 15 hours per week
Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a client based in Beckenham, who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a part time basis.
Please note - this role is fully office based.
Specific responsibilities will include:
*Answering telephone calls and handling any inquiries
*Ordering materials & parts needed
*Ordering stationery and supplies for the office
*Maintaining Excel spreadsheets
*Assisting with accounts and payroll administration
To be considered for this role, you will need:
*Previous experience in a similar office-based role
*Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge and skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Attention to detail
*Ability to use your initiative
*Highly organised
