HR Advisor (People & Development Assistant)
Aberdeen City • 2 days per week • Hybrid (50% WFH)
Looking for a people-focused role where you can help shape a positive, supportive work environment? This part-time HR Advisor opportunity offers variety, autonomy and the chance to make a real difference across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing
* Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries
* Supporting recruitment from advert to onboarding
* Coordinating induction and learning & development activity
* Maintaining accurate people data, reporting and KPIs
* Administering HR/Payroll and Time & Attendance systems
* Supporting contract changes, compliance checks and payroll liaison
* Providing high-quality admin support across the People Team

* Confidence using HR systems and Microsoft applications
