Electrical Installation Trainer – Temp to Perm Opportunity
Rate: £25–£45 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 37 hrs
Location: Berkshire
The Role of an Electrical Trainer
*Deliver high-quality teaching, coaching and mentoring to Electrical apprentices
*Manage a caseload, track progress and prepare learners for their End Point Assessment
*Conduct regular reviews with apprentices and employers
*Support with initial assessments, e-portfolios and ’off the job’ training
*Work collaboratively with curriculum and support teams
What You’ll Need to for the Electrical Trainer role
*Level 2 English & Maths
*Relevant Electrical qualifications (18th Edition, AM2/AM2S, Level 3 Diploma etc.)
*Teaching/assessing qualifications (PTLLS, A1/CAVA, CET/DET) or willingness to work towards them
*Experience supporting apprentices or working in an education/training environment
*Strong communication and IT skills
