Teaching Assistant Required for Primary School in Croydon
About the role:

We’re currently looking for a committed and enthusiastic primary teaching assistant to join a warm, inclusive primary school in Croydon on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a welcoming and community-focused school with a strong emphasis on inclusion, pupil wellbeing, and positive relationships. The successful candidate will work across KS1 and KS2, supporting pupils’ learning and development both in and out of the classroom.

Our teaching assistants’ duties can include:
*Working with small groups of pupils
*Providing targeted intervention support
*Supporting learning and behaviour in KS1 and KS2 classrooms
*Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
The ideal applicant will have:
*Experience working with primary-aged children, ideally within a school setting
*A genuine passion for education and supporting pupil achievement
*Creativity and enthusiasm to engage and motivate learners
*A Level 2 or Level 3 support staff qualification (or equivalent)
