A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a leading, award-winning independent estate agency with an exceptional reputation in the Lichfield property market.

With strong instruction levels and continued growth, they are now looking to strengthen their sales team with a driven, confident and personable negotiator.


The Role
You will play a key role in the day-to-day success of the sales department, managing transactions from offer through to completion while delivering an outstanding customer experience.


Key responsibilities include:
*Managing a portfolio of residential sales properties
*Conducting accompanied viewings and building strong applicant relationships
*Negotiating offers and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients
*Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
*Working closely with valuers and management to maximise conversion rates
*Maintaining accurate records and delivering consistently high service standards
About You
*Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Negotiator within estate agency
*Strong negotiation, communication and closing skills
*Professional, well-presented and customer-focused
*Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy pipeline
*Ambitious, motivated and keen to progress within a respected independent business
