Job Description:
NonStop Care are working with a newly established Children’s Residential Service in Kidderminster, West Midlands, who are seeking a Registered manager to join their team. This is an opportunity to take on a unique registered manager role with large scope for progression.
This is a unique opportunity that allows you to:
*Choose the type of residential home (Assessment Centre, EBD, Specialist Provision, alternative to secure)
*Gain an attractive salary up to £65,000 (DOE)
*Become dual registered
*Lead a therapeutic home
*Join an ambitious and growing company
*Experienced senior leadership
*Have an immediate Interview & Start
About the Role
*Manage the staffing, resourcing and budgetary requirements to ensure our children and young people have a safe, warm and welcoming home where they can grow and develop.
*Grow a team of capable workers to ensure their continuous professional development & the betterment of the service.
*Develop, lead and manage new 2 bedroom homes.
Requirements:
*NVQ Level 5 & DBS clearance
*Deputy or Registered Manager experience
*A full driving licence
