Job Description:
Injection Mould Setter
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £32,500 + exceptional company bonuses and benefits
Shifts: Fixed shifts either 6am–2pm or 2pm–10pm (no rotating shifts)
We are delighted to be working with a world-renowned manufacturer known for its exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and people-first culture. Following continued investment in their Nottingham operation, we’re now seeking a skilled Injection Mould Setter to join their production team.

The role:
*Set, adjust and optimise injection moulding and injection blow moulding machines across high-quality production lines
*Carry out tool changes, machine start-ups and adjustments to minimise downtime
*Ensure consistent product quality through process monitoring and fine-tuning
*Work collaboratively with technical, maintenance and production teams to identify and resolve issues
*Contribute to continuous improvement activities and high GMP standards across the site
*Train and support production operatives to ensure the department runs efficiently
*Recommend material and colour changes where required, maintaining a focus on quality and output
The person:
*Experienced Injection Mould Setter with a solid understanding of processing parameters and troubleshooting techniques
*Confident in tool changeovers, machine set-up, and optimisation
*Experience within plastics manufacturing
*Proactive, detail-focused and quality-driven with a positive approach to teamwork
*Strong awareness of health, safety and good manufacturing practice
