Graduate Teacher Training Programme Location: Kettering and surrounding areas
Pay Rate:£90 per day

About the Teacher Training Programme This school-based programme provides aspiring teachers with the opportunity to gain paid, hands-on classroom experience while developing the skills and confidence needed to progress into formal teacher training.
As a Graduate Teacher, you will:
* Support teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4
* Deliver small group interventions and supervised whole-class lessons
* Develop skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment
* Work closely with experienced teachers and school-based mentors
* Receive ongoing support and career guidance from Tradewind Recruitment
* Gain valuable experience to support applications for PGCE, School Direct, or other teacher training routes, leading to QTS
