Sales Performance Manager – Midlands Region
Base Salary: c.£52,000 + Monthly Incentive + Annual Bonus
Remote (Field-Based)
A fast-growing international organisation within the mobility and consumer technology sector is seeking a highly capable Sales Performance Manager to oversee commercial performance across the Midlands region. This role is pivotal in supporting a network of retail partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring consistent delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
The Role
As Sales Performance Manager for the Midlands, you will act as the commercial lead for your region, shaping local strategy, improving partner performance, and ensuring national sales priorities are executed effectively. You will work closely with retail partners to enhance sales capability, optimise operational processes, and identify new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
*Achieve Regional Sales Targets – Deliver strong and consistent sales results through effective planning, forecasting, and tactical execution.
*Retail Partner Engagement – Build trusted relationships with partner sites, providing coaching, insight, and commercial support to raise performance standards.
*Sales Strategy Deployment – Implement promotional activity and commercial initiatives across the region, adapting plans in response to trends and competitor activity.
*Market Insight & Analysis – Monitor local market conditions, customer behaviour, and competitor movements to influence regional decision-making.
*Customer Experience Leadership – Ensure that partner locations maintain a high standard of customer service and represent the business professionally.
*Reporting & Performance Tracking – Produce detailed performance updates, highlighting growth opportunities, risks, and key focus areas for the region.
*Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with national operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support regional commercial goals.
About You
*Strong background in sales leadership within mobility, consumer products, franchised retail, or a multi-site field environment.
*Proven ability to influence partners, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive behavioural change.
*Confident interpreting data, identifying trends, and converting insight into actions that generate results.
*Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working autonomously across a broad territory.
*Fully flexible to travel throughout the Midlands region.
