Store Manager – Travel Retail
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy travel retail branch. This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for travel. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing your team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve targets and deliver high levels of customer service.
*Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and commercial initiatives.
*Create a positive, collaborative working environment that supports performance and development.
*Monitor and analyse branch performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing action plans.
*Support team members with Personal Development Plans, setting clear goals for progression and achievement.
*Maintain strong product knowledge and awareness of industry trends, destinations, and competitor activity.
*Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
*Act as a positive brand ambassador, representing the business professionally at all times.

*Proven experience managing a retail travel sales team.
