Employment Lawyer
Location: Tamworth (Hybrid)
Salary: Competitive (DOE)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time
We are working exclusively with a well-established law firm seeking a Qualified Employment Lawyer (Solicitor or CILEX) with 1–4 years’ PQE to join their expanding Employment team.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment work, including:
*Settlement agreements
*Redundancy and reorganisations
*TUPE
*Unfair/constructive dismissal
*Discrimination & equality matters
*Grievance, disciplinary & absence management
*Drafting contracts, policies & handbooks
What We’re Looking For
*Minimum 1 years’ employment law experience
*Strong client management skills
*Excellent drafting, research and communication skills
