Corporate & Commercial Solicitor
Location: Tamworth (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled legal professional to join our clients Corporate & Commercial team. This role involves delivering timely and effective legal services to our clients, managing a varied caseload, and contributing to the growth and success of the department.
Key Responsibilities
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Corporate & Commercial Law
*Meet annual fee earning targets
*Manage an agreed caseload in consultation with the Department Head
*Follow firm procedures and systems to manage cases effectively
*Ensure timely and cost-effective case processing
*Bill promptly and pursue outstanding balances efficiently
Person Specification
Qualifications & Experience
*Qualified Lawyer (Solicitor or CILEX)
*2 years plus PQE
*Minimum 2 years’ broad corporate and commercial experience (more senior candidates also considered)
