We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Order Coordinator to join a small, supportive team managing customer orders for both UK and international clients. This is a great opportunity to build your career within a growing organisation on the outskirts of Cambridge.


This is a full-time, office-based role.


Main duties will include:


*Manage customer orders from receipt through to despatch for UK and international customers
*Act as the first point of contact for customer order and delivery enquiries
*Accurately process and enter sales orders within agreed turnaround times
*Monitor delivery commitments and proactively manage orders at risk of delay
*Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve order issues
*Liaise with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
*Prepare and process despatch documentation and delivery confirmations
*Maintain high standards of customer service and administrative accuracy


The ideal candidate will have:


*GCSEs in Maths and English
*Strong IT and computer literacy
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Calm and professional under pressure
*Enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable
*Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
*Team player with a strong customer service focus
