We have a branch based in Sheffield serving clients in all areas of Sheffield.
We are looking to hire full-time and part-time staff to join out team and offer a great working environment for suitable candidates. Small rounds and longer than 15 min calls.
We offer:
*Full and Part time hours available
*Non Meds Driver £12.75 plus £1.50 per Call
*Paid Full Shift - Double call
*Induction Training. Carer mentoring, Shadowing and Training
*Ongoing training and support upskilling
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide personalised care to clients with kindness and respect
*Assist with daily activities like personal care, meal prep, and mobility
*Monitor health conditions. Maintain accurate care records
*Use Electronic call monitering
Requirements:
*Previous care or support experience is essential - additional training will be provided
*Empathy, patience, reliable and a passion for helping others
*Full driving licence and own car required
*Able to work lates/evening and weekends
