Job Description:
Sales Representative (Field)
*Location: Hybrid, with an initial focus on Greater London – 2 days spilt home/Chelmsford and 3 days field.
*Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 basic (DOE)+ commission (OTE details to be confirmed) + mileage & expenses
Join our innovative and fast-growing client who is transforming their sector and driving meaningful change. They’re now seeking a proactive and ambitious Field Sales Representative to spearhead their London launch and ignite the nationwide rollout.
What you’ll be doing
*Increase local visibility across key London boroughs by engaging independent pharmacies, small chains, and GP dispensing practices through targeted campaigns, events, and product demonstrations.
*Develop and maintain a high-quality pipeline through outbound calls, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, in-person visits, and partner referrals, ensuring all activity is accurately captured in the CRM.
*Lead consultative conversations to understand customer needs, shape tailored solutions, deliver compelling proposals, and run both virtual and onsite product demos.
*Work closely with Operations and Service teams to organise site surveys and oversee smooth installations, ensuring each new client receives an excellent onboarding experience.
*Provide valuable market intelligence, from pricing feedback and common objections to competitor insights and customer use-case trends, helping to refine overall sales strategy.
Skills & Experience Needed
*2–5+ years of B2B field sales experience within healthcare, MedTech, pharmacy equipment, or a related industry.
*Proven success in developing and converting a greenfield territory (London experience beneficial).
*Experience selling capital equipment or technology-led solutions.
*Strong understanding of NHS community pharmacy or GP dispensing environments is highly advantageous.
*Confident using CRM platforms and Microsoft 365/Teams.
*Knowledge of UK GDPR, especially relating to patient communications and data analytics.
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly, including occasional evening events.
