Overview
Our client is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their growing engineering team based in Romsey. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual who is looking to develop their career, with clear progression into a full Project Manager role over time.
Key Responsibilities
*Assisting with project planning and coordination
*Ordering parts and materials for projects
*Checking and inspecting parts to ensure quality and compliance
*Client liaison, providing updates and maintaining strong relationships
*Supporting the progression into financial management of projects
*Producing weekly and monthly project reports
*Occasional overseas travel as required
Candidate Requirements
*1–2 years’ experience within an engineering company in a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager role
*A proactive, driven, and organised individual with a strong desire to progress
*Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
