What You’ll Do as a Customer Consultant:
*Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
*Screen CVs and match talent to client roles
*Support with client and candidate management
*Help build relationships with candidates and clients
*Learn all aspects of recruitment with hands-on training and guidance
*Grow and expand your client and candidate portfolio

What We’re Looking For

*Strong communication and organisation skills
*Eagerness to learn and progress in a recruitment career
*Confidence in speaking to people over the phone and face-to-face
*Confidence to learn to sell and develop business
*Previous office and customer service experience
