Due to expansion within the International Casualty Technical team, an opportunity for a Casualty Technician has arisen.
Your new role
Your new permanent job working as a Casualty Technical Account Manager (Technician) will be responsible for handling International Casualty risk. The objective of this role is to oversee the delivery of an efficient and enhanced end-to-end operations service to both their Clients and Brokers/Account Executives. Duties will include MRC slip and Endorsements production, ensuring effective delivery of all Broker Support activities, Duties will also be assisting in the preparation of key placement documentation, initiating and overseeing the processing function, supporting the processing technicians working with Clients and Brokers closely.
What you’ll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as a Technician handling International Casualty or handling Non-Marine business
The production of MRC slips will contribute to your success. You will be technically astute, highly literate and numerate and preferably have started some professional qualifications. Your excellent planning, time management and organisation skills alongside your drive and motivation will allow you to adapt well into a diverse and growing team.
