*Property and landlord/tenant matters
*Debt recovery and enforcement
*Employment and professional negligence claims
*Boundary and neighbour disputes
*Contentious probate and other general civil litigation work

Qualifications for this Litigation Solicitor vacancy: *Managing your own varied caseload from instruction to conclusion
*Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence
*Representing clients in negotiations and at hearings
*Business development experience
