Account Manager – B2B (Office-Based)
Location: Poole
Salary: up to £35,000 | Full-time, Permanent
A growing organisation in Poole is looking for a driven B2B Account Manager to join their commercial team. This role focuses on strengthening relationships with existing customers, re-engaging lapsed accounts, and identifying opportunities to increase repeat business.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Managing a portfolio of B2B customers via phone and email
*Rebuilding relationships with previously active clients
*Increasing repeat order frequency and customer retention
*Using CRM tools to track activity and plan proactive outreach
*Spotting commercial opportunities within current accounts
