Due to their continued success and incredibly busy work load they are looking to recruit an experienced lettings professional for enhance the team.


Duties will include:
Carrying out quarterly property inspections and producing inspection reports Liaising with landlords regarding property condition, repairs and maintenance Writing to tenants regarding upkeep of properties and breaches of tenancy terms Carrying out move-out inspections and producing detailed reports
Updating inventories
Negotiating dilapidation costs with tenants and returning security deposit balances
Arranging and carrying out property viewings
Working closely with contractors to ensure smooth running of repairs.


The successful candidate will have worked within a similar role and will ideally live fairly locally to Sutton Coldfield. Strong administration skills and the ability to multi task are key requirements.
