Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Hybrid Mortgage Broker – High Earnings – Newbury
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced hybrid mortgage advisor or hybrid mortgage broker to join a highly successful estate agency in Newbury, Berkshire.
This role offers flexibility, progression, and high earnings, with a choice of employed or self-employed models. The self-employed option includes an initial 3–4 month financial retainer and enhanced commission splits on self-generated business—ideal for brokers with their own client bank seeking additional quality leads.
The Role*Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home)
*Whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
*Strong estate-agency introducer flow
*Pre-qualified appointments provided
*Limited weekend working (1 in 4, remote)
What’s on Offer*High earnings: £60,000 – £80,000+ realistic OTE
