The Role*Hybrid mortgage advisor role (3 days office / 2 days home)
*Whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
*Strong estate-agency-generated introducer business
*Pre-qualified appointments booked directly into your diary
*Only 1 Saturday in 4 (worked remotely)
Employed or Self-Employed Options*Employed: Structured role with strong lead flow and clear earnings progression
*Self-Employed: Initial 3–4 month financial retainer plus enhanced commission splits on self-generated business – ideal for brokers with their own client base seeking additional quality leads and high earnings
