Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Hybrid Mortgage Broker – High Earnings – High Wycombe
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced hybrid mortgage advisor or hybrid mortgage broker to join a highly successful estate agency in High Wycombe.
This position offers flexibility, stability, and high earnings, with the choice of employed or self-employed working models. The self-employed option includes an initial 3–4 month financial retainer and enhanced commission splits on self-generated business, making it ideal for brokers with their own client base who want additional high-quality leads.
The Role*Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home)
*Strong estate agency introducer flow
*Whole-of-market mortgage advice
*High property values and strong case sizes
*Clear path to consistent high earnings
What’s on Offer*Up to £35,000 basic + commission (employed)
