Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / HybridMortgage Broker – High Earnings – Witney, West Oxfordshire
An excellent opportunity for an experienced hybrid Mortgage Advisor or hybridMortgage Broker to join a market-leading estate agency in Witney, West Oxfordshire.
This position offers high earnings, hybrid working, and a choice of employed or self-employed models. The self-employed option includes a financial retainer plus higher commission splits on self-generated leads—ideal for brokers with their own client bank who want additional quality appointments.
The Role*30–40 pre-qualified mortgage appointments per month
*10–12 mortgages written monthly
*Hybrid working (3 office / 2 home)
*Strong estate agency introducer flow
What’s on Offer*£30,000 – £35,000 basic + commission (employed)
*£60,000 – £80,000 retainer + uncapped commission (self-employed)
*Genuine high earnings potential
