*Design and develop embedded systems including firmware, control algorithms, and safety-critical systems for precision RF plasma delivery
*Lead RF circuit design for plasma generation, power delivery, impedance matching networks, and EMC compliance
*Ensure regulatory compliance by working directly with regulatory affairs to meet international medical device standards (CE, FDA, IEC 60601, ISO 13485)
*Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and interface with external testing houses and manufacturing partners
Essential Requirements
*MedTech background with proven experience designing electronics for medical devices or highly regulated industries, including knowledge of IEC 60601, ISO 13485, and design control processes
*Embedded electronics systems expertise including extensive experience with microcontroller platforms, firmware development (C/C++), analogue/digital circuit design, and PCB layout
*Full product ownership experience with demonstrated ability to independently own entire electronics systems from concept to production and manage technical trade-offs
*RF experience including solid foundation in RF circuit design, power systems, impedance matching, and familiarity with RF test equipment (spectrum analysers, network analysers)
