GPN Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a successful and boutique accountancy firm in Central London who are currently seeking a Temporary Corporate Finance Executive to support an M&A due diligence project.


The assignment will focus on transaction support and financial due diligence relating to the acquisition of a property agency business, incorporating lettings and sales income streams. This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable working at pace within a deal environment.

The Role:
*Supporting financial due diligence on a live M&A transaction
*Analysing revenue streams, including recurring lettings income and sales commissions
*Assisting with data room reviews, financial analysis and reporting
*Working closely with senior team members to deliver clear, commercial insights


The Ideal Candidate:
*Previous experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or Due Diligence
*An audit background would also be ideal
*ACA / ACCA qualified, QBE, CPA, CAANZ, SAICA, ICAS, CA or finalist preferred
*Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
*Available immediately or at short notice
