Job Description:
An SEN school in Enfield is looking for support staff to join their passionate team.
All pupils that attend the school are aged between 5-19 years old and have Special Needs. These needs include;
*Autism (mild to severe)
*Complex Needs
*Physical Needs
*Challenging behaviours
Due to the needs of the pupils, staff must be willing to do personal care duties from time to time. The environment can be challenging, but the school retains a lot of staff and there are opportunities for career progression within the school, especially for aspiring teachers.
Working hours are 8.30am-4.00pm and the role is Monday-Friday.
There is lots of in-house training and the chance for permanent roles at the school after a period of time working through Academics.
