Job Description:
Social Media Executive
Are you a creative storyteller with a love for social media, community building, and beautiful content? Do you know how to stop the scroll, spark conversation, and turn followers into fans?
We’re on the lookout for a Social Media Executive to be the voice, heart, and creative spark behind our growing online community.
At the heart of everything we do are our values: team spirit, passion for excellence, and kindness — to our customers, our community, and each other. If that sounds like your kind of place, read on.
The Role
As Social Media Executive, you’ll own our day-to-day presence on Instagram and Facebook, creating engaging content. You’ll build genuine connections with our audience, champion our customers, and help grow a buzzing, positive community of proud owners.
You’ll also take the lead on our affiliate and ambassador programmes, working with like-minded creators and influencers who share our passion for quality, craftsmanship, and doing things properly.
This role is perfect for someone who’s creative, confident, organised, and genuinely excited about social media, storytelling, and great design.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Creating, planning, and scheduling engaging content including reels, stories, posts, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Creating and repurposing content beyond social, including copy for blogs, emails, newsletters, and website content
• Bringing creative flair to content with basic design skills for social graphics, stories, and simple layouts
• Engaging with our audience daily through comments and messages, making followers feel part of the community
• Encouraging and sharing user-generated content from customers and fans
• Using platforms and tools such as Instagram, Facebook, Shopify, Later (or similar scheduling tools) to plan, publish, and optimise content
• Tracking performance, reporting on results, and sharing insights and ideas
• Working closely with marketing, ecommerce, and customer service teams, supporting campaigns and launches with real team spirit
What We’re Looking For
• Experience managing social media channels for a brand or business
• Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook, including reels, stories, and engagement best practice
• A natural storyteller with excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Confidence creating content across social, blog, email, newsletter, and website channels
• A creative eye, with basic design skills to support social and digital content
• Experience using platforms such as Shopify, Later, or similar tools (beneficial but not essential)
• Comfortable engaging with audiences and building online communities with warmth and kindness
• Comfortable analysing performance and using insights to improve content
What’s in it for you?
• Be part of a friendly, passionate team behind a much-loved British brand
• Work in a business that truly values team spirit, excellence, and kindness
• Play a key role in shaping and growing our social and content presence
• A role where creativity, ideas, and personality are genuinely encouraged
• Opportunity to grow and develop within a supportive marketing team
