We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of anatomy and be committed to providing exceptional patient care. This role involves administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
Responsibilities
*Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
*Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
*Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes in condition to the medical team.
*Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all care provided.
*Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
*Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
*Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.
Experience
*A valid nursing qualification and registration with the relevant nursing authority.
*Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred, with a focus on patient care.
*Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to medication administration.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
*Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
