The consultancy partners with forward-thinking clients and architects on some of London’s most distinctive developments. This role would suit a confident Project Quantity Surveyor with consultancy experience, looking to step into a client-facing role with more responsibility and the chance to work on complex, design-focused projects.
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be involved in full project delivery from pre-contract to final account, supporting senior team members and managing your own schemes. Project Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities
*Deliver cost planning, procurement, and contract administration across key projects
*Prepare and manage tender documentation, estimates, and cost reports
*Oversee post-contract duties including valuations, variations, and final accounts
*Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams throughout the project lifecycle
*Contribute to project meetings and support the delivery of high-quality outcomes
Project Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements
*3-5 years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side QS role
*Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field (RICS accredited)
*Experience working on residential and commercial projects
*Strong knowledge of both pre- and post-contract duties
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Ambitious, proactive, and committed to working towards MRICS
