Job Title: IT Deployment Engineer
Location: Widnes, Cheshire - onsite role
Day Rate: £200 per day - Ltd Company (Outside IR35) or PAYE Umbrella
Working Hours: 09:00-17:00 Mon-Fri
Duration: 2 months initially
Start Date: ASAP
Role: We are searching for an IT Deployment Engineer to support a mixture of desktop and laptop deployments for a client based near Widnes, Cheshire.
Aside from having a good technical grasp of desktop and deployment activities, excellent customer service skills are required as you will be interacting with users in a face-to-face capacity providing a white-glove service, as well as engaging with internal IT too.

Main Duties:
*Deploy and install PCs and laptops at end-user desks
*Unbox, set up, and connect equipment
*Carry out basic cable management and desk configuration
*Asset tag equipment and accurately record deployment details
*Adhere to deployment schedules and site-specific processes
*Liaise with site leads and end users as required
Key Skills & Competencies:
*Proven experience in IT deployment or rollout projects
*Strong knowledge of desktop hardware and workstation setups
*Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in new environments
*Familiarity with asset management systems and tools
*Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
*Excellent customer service
