Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a number of welcoming and supportive secondary schools in the Kettering area to recruit graduates for an exciting Graduate Teacher Training Programme.
This programme is ideal for graduates who are passionate about education and want to explore teaching before committing to a PGCE or School Direct route.
The Role: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant / Trainee Teacher, you will:
* Support pupils across KS3 and KS4 in your specialist subject

* Work alongside experienced teachers to plan and deliver lessons

* Provide one-to-one and small group academic support

* Gain valuable classroom experience to prepare you for formal teacher training

* Build strong relationships with staff and students

The Ideal Candidate: * A degree (2:2 or above) in a relevant subject

* A genuine interest in becoming a secondary school teacher

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

* Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
