Job Description:
An award-winning, client-focused construction consultancy in Central London is looking to recruit a capable Project Manager to support the delivery of high-end residential and hospitality projects across the capital. This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys high-specification projects and direct client interaction.
The Project Manager will join a growing team of professionals in a modern, collaborative environment, with exposure to prime residential and boutique hotel developments ranging from £10m-£60m in value.
The Project Manager’s role The successful Project Manager will lead projects from early concept design stages through procurement, delivery and handover.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as key point of contact for clients and design teams
* Developing detailed project plans and overseeing milestones
* Contract administration and change control
* Risk and value management
* Reporting on cost, programme and quality
This role will suit a Project Manager seeking more responsibility and progression in a consultancy with a strong emphasis on design quality and client experience.
The Project Manager * BSc/MSc in Project Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
* 3-5 years’ experience within a construction consultancy
* Residential or hospitality sector experience preferred
* Client-facing with excellent communication skills
* MRICS or working towards APC
