We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in the Chelsea area. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed professional who is passionate about supporting young people’s learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting students in class, both one-to-one and in small groups

* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management

* Supporting students with additional learning needs to access the curriculum

* Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in learning

* Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school

* Confidence supporting students across KS3 and KS4

* A patient, proactive, and flexible approach

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* A genuine commitment to supporting students’ academic and personal progress
