Your new company

Your new role
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you’ll be:
*Delivering pre-planned lessons
*Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
*Supervising pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (depending on your preference)
*Providing a positive, nurturing learning environment
*Working across several schools in the Taunton area

What you’ll need to succeed
To join our supply pool, you will need:
*QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
*Experience teaching in UK primary classrooms
*Strong classroom presence and a calm, approachable manner
*Flexibility and a positive attitude
*An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

We welcome experienced teachers, ECTs, and retired teachers looking to pick up occasional work.
