Job Opportunity
Join First Response Group as a Crowd Safety Steward working at a major football and events venue based in Watford.
This is a front-facing role where professionalism, awareness and customer service matter just as much as safety.
You will help create a safe and positive environment for spectators while supporting event operations from arrival through to departure.
Key responsibilities
 Welcoming spectators and providing clear directions and assistance
 Monitoring crowd movement within concourses seating areas and entrances
 Managing queues and access points during peak periods
 Identifying and reporting safety risks or unusual behaviour
 Supporting emergency and evacuation procedures when required
 Working closely with supervisors and control room teams
