Job Description:
Walker and Sloan are proud to be working with a well known digital marketing agency as they are keen to bring on board an Content Executive to the team on a full time basis.
Salary - £25-29k per annum - Dependant on experience
Location - Oxfordshire
The RoleWe’re looking for a creative and organised Content Executive to join a growing digital marketing agency. You’ll support the planning, creation and delivery of engaging content across multiple channels, helping clients build strong digital presences and achieve measurable results.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their content or digital marketing career who wants hands-on agency experience, exposure to a variety of brands, and clear progression.
Key Responsibilities*Create and support content across blogs, websites, social media, email and landing pages
*Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for both B2B and B2C clients
*Assist with content calendars and campaign planning
*Optimise content for SEO, including keyword research and on-page best practice
*Support social media scheduling, posting and performance tracking
*Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists and account teams
*Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, tone and quality
*Analyse performance and contribute ideas to improve engagement and conversion
About You*1–2 years’ experience in content, digital marketing or a related role (agency experience a bonus)
*Strong written communication and attention to detail
*Understanding of SEO fundamentals and content best practice
*Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines
*Curious, proactive and keen to learn
*Familiar with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and social scheduling tools
*Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or reporting tools is beneficial
