Job Description:
Are you motivated, resilient and great at building rapport quickly?
Reed have partnered with a rapidly expanding UK business, recruiting a Customer Reactivation Executive to focus on reconnecting with customers who have paused or cancelled their service.
You’ll be responsible for contacting lost and lapsed customers, understanding their reasons for leaving, and offering tailored solutions to encourage them to return. You’ll combine confident communication with strong organisation and a focus on targets.
Location: Bristol City Centre
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 or 09:30–18:00
Key Responsibilities
Make 100 outbound calls per day to lapsed customers
Achieve a 25% reactivation rate
Record outcomes accurately and share insights with the retention team
Work closely with customer success and retention teams
Contribute ideas to improve the win-back strategy
Deliver positive, solution-focused conversations
Handle objections confidently and professionally
Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up actions
About you
Experience in outbound calling, telesales, or retentions
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
Confidence handling objections and reframing conversations positively
Resilience and motivation in a target-driven environment
Comfortable working with structured KPIs and performance metrics
Organised, detail-oriented, and efficient with CRM/admin
Positive, energetic, and team-focused attitude
