Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a friendly and welcoming primary school in Tameside, who are seeking a reliable and caring Midday Supervisor to join their team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and is able to help create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment during lunchtimes.
The Role: * Supervising pupils during lunch breaks, both in the dining hall and playground

* Supporting positive behaviour and encouraging social interaction

* Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils

* Assisting with minor incidents and reporting any concerns to school staff

The Ideal Candidate: * Has experience working with children (school-based experience desirable)

* Is patient, approachable, and confident managing behaviour

* Can work well as part of a team

* Is reliable and committed
