Supply Teachers – KS1 & KS2 (Primary Schools in Kent)
We are currently seeking Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Supply Teachers to work across primary schools in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers looking for flexible, rewarding work that fits around their lifestyle.
About the Role
*Supporting primary schools on a day-to-day supply basis
*Delivering pre-planned lessons or adapting learning where required
*General working hours are 8:30am – 3:30pm
*Flexible work schedules – choose the days of the week you want to work

The Day-to-Day Role of a Supply Teacher
As a supply teacher, you will:
*Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 in line with the national curriculum
*Follow school policies and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment
*Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and school routines
*Manage classroom behaviour effectively to support positive learning
*Mark work where required and provide feedback to the school
*Communicate clearly with teaching staff and senior leadership teams
What We’re Looking For
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE
*Experience teaching in EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
*Strong classroom management skills
*Flexibility, reliability, and a positive approach to teaching
*A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
