We are recruiting a confident and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream 2-form entry primary school in Tottenham. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled SEN TA who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs in a mainstream classroom environment.
The Role:
*Providing targeted support to pupils with SEN within a mainstream primary setting
*Working 1:1 and in small groups across the primary age range
*Supporting children with needs such as ASD, ADHD, speech and language, and learning difficulties
*Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
*Helping pupils to engage, build confidence, and make academic progress
Requirements:
*Proven experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant
*Experience in a mainstream primary school is essential
*Confident, proactive, and able to work independently
*Strong behaviour management and communication skills
*Patient, resilient, and nurturing approach
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
