Up to £50,000 basic + uncapped commission & bonuses

A fast-growing transport & logistics services business is hiring a driven B2B Business Development Manager. This role is built for sales professionals who want high earnings, autonomy, and clear progression.
The Role*Win new B2B clients selling services & solutions (not products)
*Build and own your pipeline through proactive outreach
*Meet clients face-to-face, by phone, and online
*Close deals, grow accounts, and maximise commission
What They’re Looking For*Proven B2B sales experience (services sales strongly preferred)
*Transport/logistics experience highly advantageous
*Confident closer with a consultative sales approach
