Business Development Manager – Outbound Sales
Location: Borehamwood | Salary: £25,000 + 10% OTB + bonuses
Are you ambitious, resilient, and looking to kickstart your career in sales? We’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager (BDM) to join a fast-growing outbound sales team.
In this phone-first role, you’ll:
*Make 50+ outbound calls a day
*Re-engage existing brokers and activate dormant relationships
*Introduce specialist finance products to new broker firms
*Book qualified meetings for regional Business Development Managers
*Capture call notes and broker insights in the CRM
What we’re looking for:
*Confident on the phone with strong communication skills
*Target-driven with a competitive mindset
*Organised, disciplined, and consistent
*Commercially curious and interested in property/finance
*No prior mortgage experience needed – full training provided
