Employment Solicitor - Hybrid or Remote Working
Our client, a distinguished law firm, ranked in the Top 500 and holding numerous prestigious accreditations in recognition of their exceptional legal advice, is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their well respected team
The client has built a strong reputation not just for the quality of their legal work, but for how they treat people - both clients and colleagues. The culture is principled, human, and refreshingly free of ego.
As a result of organic growth, they are now looking for an Employment solicitor to to support predominantly claimants through some of the most sensitive and complex employment issues. The role would also include some respondent side work, and their clients are widely varied including teachers, doctors, pharmacists, senior execs; people who are navigating career defining, and often life-altering, employment issues.
The work is meaningful, the expectations are realistic, and the team genuinely values balance, autonomy and trust. The ideal candidate has previously worked for a law firm, is passionate about working on the employee side, and values an admirable and award-winning company culture.
